Let’s create something amazing together! ***************************** At Grace Neild Ink, I take pride in creating custom fine line tattoos and permanent makeup designs that reflect your vision while maintaining the highest artistic and safety standards. This Revision Policy ensures clear communication, fairness and respect for both your time and mine during the design and touch up process. 1. What counts as a Revision * Revisions are minor adjustments to the original concept- such a small detail refinements, line placement tweaks, or minor size changes. * A major change (new subject, different placement, major shift from tattoo) is considered a new design and may require a new session and deposit. 2. Included Revision Rounds * Each project includes two(2) complementary rounds of minor design revisions. Further revisions beyond the included two rounds will be charge at $50 per additional round, or at the artist discretion based on time required. * Once the design is approved, any additional changes will be treated as a new booking. 3. Design Approval Deadline * Final design approval must be received no later than 72hrs (3 days) before the scheduled appointment. * Requests for changes after this deadline may require rescheduling or will incur a late revision fee. * if a major redesign is requested after the artwork is completed, your deposit may be forfeited and a new one required to book again. 4. Day-of Appointment Adjustments * Only very minor adjustments (small placement shift or minimal detail cleanup) can be made the day of the appointment. * Any significant changes on the day of your appointment that affect the concept, size, or timing will result in rescheduling and possible loss of deposit- with new deposit upon scheduling. 5. Tattoo and Permanent Makeup Touch-Ups Touch-ups differ from design revisions. *Fine Line Tattoos: One complimentary touch-up may be offered within 3 months of your appointment, if needed due to normal healing. Touch-ups requested for reasons outside normal healing (Sun exposure, picking, aftercare neglect, etc) will incur a studio fee. * Permanent Make-Up: Initial services includes one complimentary touch-up between 6-8 weeks after the first session. Touch-ups requested after 10 weeks, or additional touch-ups beyond the included one, are charged according to the current studio rate. ***************************** Deposit A deposit will be collected at the time of scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once design work begins. The deposit will go towards the total cost of your tattoo. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment your deposit is transferable as long as you give me at least a 72 hours notice and you have rescheduled, otherwise a new deposit will be required. Repeated late changes or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. ****************************** Artist Discretion The artist retains full discretion to decline changes that compromise the integrity, quality, or longevity of the work- including fine line limitations or skin type suitability for Microblading. ******************************* Price Tattoo- Pricing is based on size, placement and how intricate your design is. The price listed is a starting point of the design so you have an idea of your cost. I will always provide an estimated cost and time of your project. ******************************** My available hours are listed below by appointment only. If you are looking for a different day please don’t hesitate to ask, we can arrange a time that would work for both of us. ****************************** Please be mindful of how many guests you would like to bring to your session. My studio is very small, but I do have two comfortable chairs. No more than two guests with you please. ******************************* Must be at least 18 years old. If a minor, you must filled out proper documentation signed and authorized by a notary and have a parent present during the appointment. ****************************** Agreement By booking and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Revision Policy. Cancellation Policy

I know life emergency happens. Please let me know as soon as you know if you can not make to your appointment. I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
